HOW I GOT STARTED AS A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER.
I have been an “organizer” all of my life, helping family and friends create organized and more efficient spaces, even organizing friends’ wallets in high school! For 20 years, I have shared my expertise as a Professional Organizer with clients. I help people feel at peace in their surroundings so their time can be spent on what they love to do, instead of focusing on the clutter around them. I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), and its Golden Circle, reserved for organizers who have been in the business long-term, am a Board Certified Professional Organizer, a Clear & SIMPLE Certified Organizer™ and am insured.
I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Organizer Coach credential from the Coach Approach Training Institute. As a member of ICF, I adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF I AM THE ORGANIZER FOR YOU?
Most clients don’t know how and where to begin. I am an objective third party who helps clients get started, stay on task and achieve the end result they want. We begin by having a complimentary 20-minute conversation about your organizing challenges to find out what “being organized” means to you. Some people want to eliminate excess “stuff”; some want to keep everything, yet have it in an organized fashion. This is an opportunity for us to ask each other questions to determine if we are an ideal match. Next, we have an Initial Consultation so I can walk through your space. I create a “MAP” that outlines what needs to be done in order to get you to your desired outcome. Finally, we embark on a coaching session, followed by a hands-on organizing session- and continue alternating between the two until you are satisfied.
